Fort Bragg Unified School District is committed to providing a safe, equitable, and supportive learning environment for every student and staff member. The District does not discriminate on the basis of sex in any educational program or activity it operates, and it is required by Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 not to do so.

How to File a Complaint
If you believe you have experienced sex discrimination or sex-based harassment, you may:

- File a complaint with the U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights:
