Fort Bragg High: Check My Student's Grades & Attendance

How May I Check My Student's Grades & Attendance Records At Fort Bragg High School?

Fort Bragg High School uses ABI (AERIES Browser Interface) as our student information system.  When you have an account, you may log in to the web site and view your student's grades and attendance records.  

If you have already created an account, click on the picture of the pencil and eraser below to connect to the ABI web site.  

If you do not have an account and would like to create one, follow the directions below.

Create Your Account

Before you begin, you will need to know your student's PERMANENT ID NUMBER and VERIFICATION NUMBER.  This information will be mailed home during the first week of school.  

 

To begin make sure that pop-ups are allowed on your computer. PRINT THESE INSTRUCTIONS SO YOU MAY FOLLOW THEM DURING THIS PROCESS. You may encounter a web site security page, which means you need to authorize permission for pop-ups from this site in your web browser.

Step 1:  Go to the Fort Bragg High School Home Page.  The easiest way to get here is to go through the Fort Bragg Unified School District's web site  (www.fbusd.us).  Once at the district's web site, click on Fort Bragg High.

Step 2:  Click on Check My Student's Grades & Attendance in the gray border on the left hand side of the screen.  

Step 3: Click on the picture of the pencil and eraser to be directed to the AERIES log-in page.  You should see a purple box that says "Welcome to aeries!".

Step 4: Towards the bottom of the purple box underneath the Log In button you should see Create a New Account in small white letters.  Click on that.

Step 5: Choose FBHS then click next.

Step 6: If you would like to create a parent account, select “parent”.  If you would like to create a student account, select “student”.  After you have made your selection, click next.

Step 7: Enter your e-mail address and select a password.  Be sure to check your spelling!  Parents and students should each enter their own individual e-mail address.  Choose a password then enter it in the “Choose Password” box and enter your password again in the “Retype Password” box. You will use this password in the future to access your account. Click Next.

A message will be sent to your e-mail.  Go to your e-mail account and open the e-mail message from fbusd.us. Follow the instructions in the e-mail.  You will need to know your student's PERMANENT ID NUMBER and VERIFICATION NUMBER.  When you are prompted to enter your student's permanent ID number and verification number, be sure to enter it exactly as it is printed on the parent letter.  These numbers are case sensitive, so if the letter is printed as a capital, enter it as a capital letter.

If you get a message saying the phone number or VPC are incorrect, call the high school at 961-2880, and ask to verify the phone number on your student's account.

If you have done everything correctly, you should be able to log in to AERIES web site and check your student's records any time.  

After you have created your account, you can access the AERIES browser through the Fort Bragg High Home Page.  To log in, use your e-mail address and password.

You may want to bookmark the AERIES log in screen if you plan to use it frequently.
