"I was born in the small but lovely town of Fort Bragg. Yes, I'm a hometown gal. I did move afer I graduated from FBHS. I lived in Arcata for 10 years and the metropolis of Ukiah for 2 years. I went to Humboldt State for all my college days. I majored in Social Welfare and life in general, earned my B.A. in Social Welfare, and then received my multiple subjects teaching credential several years later. I taught at a group home school in Boonville for 2 years and then was transferred to Fort Bragg to teach at the Court/Community School for 8 years. I averaged 22 students a day with myself and one instructional aide. The administration was in Ukiah, so I was teacher, judge, and jury when I had to be. Before my illustrious (or not so illustrious) teaching career, I worked at the Juvenile Hall in Eureka as a "turnkey," and then worked at the Juvenile Hall school. I love to read, dance, exercise, hang out with my family and friends, and I love to sing, even though I can't carry a tune in a bucket. I loooooooooooove Johnny Depp, and my favorite movie is Four Weddings and a Funeral. Hugh Grant is a close second to JD!"
