FBHS Varsity Boys Basketball
Welcome Back! Good luck in your fall sports, play hard, be a good teammate, and study.
We will start open gyms Sundays at 6 pm starting August 30. Work on your game. 200 shots a day, 50 throws, 10 minutes on your go to move and 5 minutes on your counter, and two off the dribble moves. Also work on your conditioning and strength. 100 push-ups 20 pull-up and 150 sit-up/crunches.
